Before founding Reflective Leadership Solutions, Lindsay led leadership development inside a multi-billion-dollar organization—designing and delivering programs that impacted leaders at every level of the enterprise. Her background is in the construction industry. She is a certified Maxwell Leadership Trainer, Speaker, and Coach along with holding multiple other coaching certifications
